We rely on your feedback to improve the patient experience and care outcomes at our practice.

We welcome both your compliments and complaints via our Give us a piece of your mind leaflet, which is available in the waiting room, or fill in the feedback form below.

We regularly undertake a more detailed assessment of our services by selecting a random sample of patients so that we can improve our patient experience.

​

The Office of the Health Ombudsman is responsible for receiving complaints about health services in Queensland. To make a complaint, you can fill in an online form or call 133 OHO (133 646), Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
