Better Healthcare Foundation

WHO WE ARE

The Better Healthcare Foundation is linked to Central Highlands Healthcare Pty Ltd. CHH is a Public Company (Limited by Guarantee) and is classified as a Social Enterprise Foundation with Gift Deductibility Status granted by the Australian Tax Office in 2017. The organisation is managed by a local skills-based Board. A deductible gift recipient (DGR) is an entity or fund that can receive tax deductible gifts. The Better Healthcare Foundation aims to improve the health and welfare of the communities in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland.

 

WHAT WE AIM TO DO WITH YOUR HELP

Help us improve the health and welfare of the communities in the Central Highlands Region of Queensland.

Raise Funds for 

new health 

equipment.

Raise funds to extend services throughout the Central Highlands communities.

Develop the Primary Healthcare Workforce around the Central Highlands.

Build the necessary health infrastructure to improve the health and welfare of the people of the Central Highlands

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

  • Donate

  • Organise a fundraiser

  • Participate in an event

  • Sponsor an event

  • Partner with the Foundation to improve the health and welfare in workplaces and communities

  • Leave a bequest

  • Support a project in memory of someone

  • Use your skills by volunteering in our community palliative care program

  • Workplace giving: Employees make small, monthly donations to charity through their pre-tax pay. Some businesses might enhance the collective impact of their workplace giving program through donation matching, workplace fundraising, volunteering, skill sharing and in-kind support.
